Canopy Gift Cards are issued by Embaby Hotels and Resorts hereinafter referred to as Canopy/the
company.
Canopy Gift Cards can be purchased for a minimum value of ₹10,000 and maximum value of ₹1, 00,000
per transaction.
Gift Card may be used only at the participating Canopy Resorts.
Standard cancellation policies shall apply for bookings.
Canopy Gift Cards are valid for 365 days from the date of its issue.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed between 20th December to 5th January.
Multiple transactions cannot be performed on the Canopy Gift Cards
Canopy Gift Card may be redeemed for spends only towards room bookings on MAP basis on prior
reservation. Canopy Gift Cards cannot be used for settling the bills of Food & Beverages, Ayurveda
or any other spends at the property.
Should your booking value exceed the balance on Canopy Gift Cards, the differential amount of such
purchase may be paid through a secured payment gateway, at the time of making such a booking.
A valid Canopy Gift Card in its original form or e-mail must be presented at the time of check-in at
the hotel.
Canopy Gift Cards are not be valid for use at any other service establishment or for withdrawal of
cash.
No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the Canopy Gift Cards. Once a Canopy
Gift Card is issued, the company shall not be able to consider any request for cancellation. Any
defaced, torn, altered, spoiled or cancelled card is deemed invalid and shall not be accepted.
